Ecrita then undertakes to respond within a maximum period of one (1) month following receipt of your request.

Due to the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests, this period may be extended to two (2) months on the condition that We inform the User within a period of one (1) month from the receipt of your request for the reasons for the postponement.
